Meet Our Team Members
Analysa Gallegos, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Analysa Gallegos is more than just a physician—she’s an advocate for women’s health and wellness. With years of experience in emergency medicine and a deep understanding of the unique challenges women face, Dr. Gallegos founded The Derm Project to create a space where women feel heard, supported, and empowered to look and feel their best.
Dr. Gallegos brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice. She earned her medical degree from UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, TX. She then went on to complete an emergency medicine residency at Hackensack University Medical Center where she served as Chief Resident. In 2019 she joined the staff of The Woman’s Hospital of Texas where she currently serves as Chief for the Department of Emergency Medicine.
Her background in emergency medicine leadership has given her a unique perspective on patient safety and the importance of evidence-based practices—values that are at the core of The Derm Project.
Isabella Hawkins
Licensed Esthetician
Isabella is known for her warm, approachable presence and ability to connect effortlessly with others. She has a genuine love for helping patients feel beautiful in their own skin. She believes skincare is more than a treatment; it is an experience that restores both inner love and self-confidence. Her approach combines thoughtful care with meticulous attention to detail, enabling every patient to feel seen, heard, and fully cared for.
Isabella focuses on treatments that enhance the skin’s natural glow while making each visit feel personal, restorative, and deeply relaxing. Her goal is simple: to help every patient leave with renewed confidence and a lasting sense of self-care.
Aliyah Hunter

Aliyah’s passion for skincare stems from her conviction that confidence starts with how we feel in our own skin. With several years of experience and a gentle, thoughtful touch, she takes pride in providing personalized treatments that deliver real results. Her sessions are built around comfort and connection, ensuring that every patient feels valued and understood.
Aliyah combines her technical skills with a genuine desire to help others feel radiant, offering an experience that uplifts, rejuvenates, and inspires confidence long after the appointment ends.
Arun Thomas
Operations Manager
Arun brings 18 years of healthcare management experience and a strong background in aesthetics. As a Certified Project Manager with a degree in Emergency Management from Adelphi University, he leads daily operations with clarity and care. His focus on efficiency, teamwork, and patient satisfaction helps ensure every visit feels smooth, seamless, and supported.
